Specimen Collection Agent Drug Testing Services

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and professional under pressure? We’re looking for a dedicated Specimen Collection Agent to support our drug testing operations and uphold the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.

Location:

Main Lab in Tucson, AZ
Occasional (but rare) travel to support the
Nogales, AZ site

Schedule:

Monday – Friday; 11am – 5 pm
Weekends and major holidays off

Position Type:

Part-Time (30+hours) /
potentially Full-Time (40 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform forensic chain of custody specimen collections in accordance with DOT and non-DOT protocols (urine, saliva, hair, etc.) for drug testing purposes

· Ensure chain of custody documentation is accurately completed

· Maintain a clean, professional collection site and respectful environment

· Communicate effectively with donors while protecting their privacy

· Handle and ship specimens to certified laboratories

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Must be drug and tobacco-free

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance

· Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

· Ability to follow protocol in sensitive and high-trust situations

· Experience in healthcare, security, or customer service a plus

· Certification or training in DOT collections a plus (J2 Labs will to train & certify
